Managed Delivery

Someone has to own it end to end.

You have an AI initiative crossing teams, systems, or vendors, but no one owns it from definition through measured operation. I take that seat.

What this is

I own one AI initiative end to end, from deciding what goes first through proving the number moved. A monthly engagement, from about $5k per month.

The work runs on a defined cadence with agreed access, success measure, and decision path. It is an ongoing seat, held by one person who answers for whether the work reaches production.

The shape of this engagement

Scope. A whole business pillar rather than a feature. Several systems, ongoing decisions, and real coordination across the people who touch it.

Delivery. I own the initiative and stay hands on through it. Where you have engineers, we work together and bringing them up to speed is part of the engagement. Where you do not, I deliver it and leave you able to run it.

Complete when. The initiative is in measured operation and can be run without me.

Not this if you have one bounded build, which is Project Delivery, or you need direction across several initiatives and teams, which is Fractional AI Leadership.

When this is the right depth

The ideas are not the problem. You have plenty. What you do not have is anyone whose job it is to decide which one goes first, take it all the way to production, and say out loud whether it worked.

So things pile up. A prototype from last quarter. A vendor conversation nobody finished. Two automations half wired into systems that do not talk. Everyone is busy, and none of it ships.

This is the seat for one initiative. It is for the buyer who wants one accountable owner and is not ready, or does not need, to install a leader across a team or an entire AI capability.

If you cannot yet name which one should go first, the Money Leak Audit ranks them by what they are costing. That is a starting point, not a substitute for owning the work.

What owning it means

Ideas land somewhere instead of in a hallway. Priority gets set against agreed business value rather than whoever asked most recently. Decisions that would otherwise wait for a meeting get made, and I answer for them.

You get a straight answer on where every piece stands, without chasing anyone for it.

"We've eliminated a lot of our duplicate data entry and now have visibility into our workflow and where jobs stand."
A field service business, on the systems delivered.

The method you can watch

Map to Prod runs the initiative, the same three steps at this depth as at every other.

The method makes status, decisions, and evidence visible as the work moves, so you are never waiting on a meeting to find out where something stands.

How the work runs →

Who is doing the work

Me, on your initiative, every month. I am a senior engineering leader who has run delivery at scale and still builds production AI systems. I bring both sides to one accountable seat.

If the work grows from one initiative to a broader AI capability across initiatives and teams, Fractional AI Leadership is the fit. That is a change in ownership, not an assumed next step.
