What exactly does T2C do for my business?+
We fix where your business leaks time and money and prove the lift against your own starting number. It's one product - ClearPath AI - delivered at three tiers depending on how much of your business you want us to cover. You get 20 years of engineering and systems judgment focused on your operation, without a full-time executive on payroll.
How is this different from a consultant or an agency?+
Consultants hand you a report and leave; agencies bill hourly at arm's length. We're embedded, we implement, and - this is the part nobody else does - we measure your before-number and prove the after against it. We're the only vendor willing to show you the baseline.

What is ClearPath AI?+
One product, three tiers, organized around four universal pillars every business runs on: Get Customers, Do the Work, Get Paid, and Keep Customers. You pick a tier by how much you want handled - one job, one whole area, or the whole business - put down a $500 deposit, and the first thing we deliver is your Map.
What are the three tiers and what do they cost?+
ClearPath One ($740/mo build, steps down to $290/mo Run) fixes your single worst leak - one job, end to end. ClearPath Core ($2,950/mo, steps down to $1,150/mo Run) handles your worst pillar completely, plus the handoffs into the areas next to it - where most owners land. ClearPath Complete ($8,900/mo, steps down to $3,400/mo Run) runs all four pillars connected, plus a fractional CTO. Every tier starts with the same $500 deposit.
Isn't the Map a separate $500 product?+
Not anymore. The $500 is a deposit applied to your first month, and the Map is the first thing your subscription delivers - a living ledger of scoped items, each with a real before-number and the target we'll move it to.
What if the Map doesn't find anything worth building?+
Then your deposit refunds and you keep the Map. We don't take an engagement unless the Map can find at least 4x your annual fee in verifiable value. We'd rather tell you the truth than bill you.
Do I own what you build, or am I locked in?+
You own your accounts, data, and configuration - permanently, exportable, yours to walk with. The build term protects the expensive first months; after that, Run is month-to-month, cancel anytime.
The Before-Number & Proof
How do you prove results?+
From your own system logs - never a survey you fill out. If your systems have been recording, we pull 60–90 days and show the before-number up front. If they haven't, we install the scoreboard in month one and prove the lift forward from a real starting point. You co-sign your own baseline before we build against it.
How much time can this really save me?+
In one engagement we took a business losing 60–70% of its working time to chasing and coordinating work down to near-zero admin - about five days for the entire season - by connecting three pillars into one system. We'll show you the equivalent number for your business, measured, not estimated.
