The talk is free. The work is what you pay for.
Thirty minutes with Tim. Bring a workflow, a prototype, an AI initiative, or just a question you want a straight answer to. Whether you are after a second opinion or you are ready to start, it is the same call. Want proof first? I will show you an agent running live operations for a real business.
What the call is
A diagnosis, not a pitch. We start with the problem in your words, then get specific: what is stuck, what shipped would mean, and how we would know it is done. You leave with a straight answer, including if it is not worth doing or not a fit for me.
Advice is free. You pay for building and running, not for talking.
See it running
- The AI that answers our phone is one of ours. Call (262) 333-3510 and you are already talking to it.
- Yardigans runs on an agent I built. I will walk you through it live on the call.
What happens after the call
- The call. Thirty minutes, free. We name the problem, the outcome, and what done means.
- The Map or the scope. If the right move is not clear yet, the Map settles it. If it is, I write up the scope and the number.
- Delivery. Scope, deliver, run: the same three steps on every engagement.
Not ready to talk
Send the prototype or repo to tim@t2coders.com for a free 15 minute read. I will tell you straight what it will take to ship.
Direct
Prefer to skip the form? The person who scopes the work does the work and answers the email.
Based in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Working with clients across the US.
Tell me what you are trying to ship, where it is stuck, and what workflow or number should improve.
The more concrete you are, the further the call gets.
Choose the starting point
After the free call, most engagements go on to a $1k map of your whole operation, the ClearPath Technology Map, which recommends the path. From there: one production AI system shipped into the workflow where it has to work (Build), one AI initiative owned from definition to measured operation (Manage), or the capability led across teams and initiatives (Lead).
