What the call is

A diagnosis, not a product pitch. There is no software to sell you here. If you want to see something working, I will show you systems I built and run. We start with the problem in your words, then get specific: what is stuck, what shipped would mean, and the definition of done we would both hold the work to. That may be a workflow crossing systems, a prototype that needs production work, or an AI initiative that needs an accountable owner.

Advice costs nothing. If what you need is someone senior to tell you whether an idea is worth doing, which approach is sane, or what a build like that really takes, that is a fine reason to book and you will not get a pitch for it. You pay for building and running, not for talking.

You leave with a straight answer, including if it is not worth doing or not a fit for me. Price comes after scope, because the work needs a defined outcome before it has a defensible number.

If something already exists, bring it. A prototype, workflow, or system map is often the fastest and lowest risk place to start. You work directly with Tim Gemoll, a senior engineering leader and hands on architect who builds and operates production AI systems.

See it running

The clearest way to judge this is to watch it work.

• Yardigans runs on an agent I built. Customer intakes arrive by crew app, website, phone, and text, and the agent handles them inside the operation, with a human in the loop for judgment. I will walk you through it live on the call.
• The AI that answers our phone is one of ours. You do not need to book anything to test that one. Call (262) 333-3510 and you are already talking to it.

What happens after yes

So you can see the whole road before you spend thirty minutes on the first step.

1. The call. Thirty minutes. We name the problem, the outcome, and what done means. Free.
2. The scope. I write up what shipping it takes, at what depth, on what timeline. You get a defined outcome and a number attached to it.
3. Kickoff. Once you are in, the first working session builds the full scope out: the systems it touches, the data it needs, the definition of done we hold it to, and the order the work goes in.
4. Delivery. Path to Prod from there. Scope, Deliver, Run.

Nothing between step one and step two costs you anything.
