AI Doesn't Apply to My Business

AI Doesn't Apply to My Business

"AI doesn't apply to my business."

I hear it more than any other reason. I heard it again this week.

Let's be honest, this is an excuse, not a reason.

True, not every AI or automation tool fits every business. A chatbot on your site might be completely pointless - most that I've used are. However, most businesses that have customers, schedules, and paperwork have the opportunity to use technology to get time in their week back.

The right question to ask here is where does your time go.

  1. The phone and the inbox. Every text and email you have to answer. You don't have to write them, just approve the send.

  2. The schedule. Every "can we move it to Thursday" is ten minutes of back and forth.

  3. The quotes and invoices. If building them means sitting at your computer at night, that time is gone.

  4. The follow up. The customer who said "let me think about it" and never heard from you again.

  5. The bookkeeping. Does the end of the month come and you sit dreading opening that spreadsheet to enter it all in?

Pick the one that cost you the most hours last week and just ask yourself, can my computer do this for me?

The reality is, clients do not pay you to answer the phone, move appointments, or build quotes. They pay you for the work, and the systems you use should support that, not take away from it.

If you want a second set of eyes on where your time goes, message me.

Which of these ate your week?
